(9)No further appeal shall lie from any decision of
the Court of Appeal given in an appeal brought in accordance
with subsection (8) of this section.
(10) Subject to the provisions of subsection (3) of
this section the circumstances, manner and conditions, including
conditions as to practice and procedure, governing applications
under this section shall be regulated by such provisions as may be
prescribed by Parliament from time to time.
(11) In the exercise of his functions under this
section, the Attorney-General shall not be subject to the direction
or control of any other person or authority.
