(2) In this Chapter, "period
emergency" means any period during which -
(a)
(b)
of
public
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is at
war; or
a
declaration of emergency is in force
under section 42 of this Constitution.
(3) In relation to any person who is a member of
a
disciplined force of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines,
nothing contained in or done under the authority of the
disciplinary law of that force shall be held to be inconsistent
with or in contravention of any of the provisions of this Chapter
other than sections 26, 28 and 29 of this Constitution.
(4) In relation to any person who is a member of
a
disciplined force of a country other than Saint Vincent and the
Grenadines that is lawfully present in Saint Vincent and the
Grenadines, nothing contained in or done under the authority of
the disciplinary law of that force shall be held to be inconsistent
with or in contravention of any of the provisions of this
Chapter.
