Second.
Schedule.
137. A member of the Commission shall not enter upon the
duties of his office unless he has taken and subscribed the oaths of
allegiance and of office set out in the Second Schedule to this
Constitution.
Not subject
to direction
or control.
138. The Commission shall, in the exercise of the functions
vested in it by this Constitution or any other law, not be subject to
the direction or control of any other person or authority.
