(h) if it is so provided by Parliament, any
    decision of the Superintendent of Prisons
    under subsection (3) of section 184 of this
    Constitution to remove a prison officer from
    office or to exercise disciplinary control over
    a prison officer (not being a decision which is
    subject to appeal to or confirmation by the
    Police and Prison Services Commission);
(i) any decision of the Police and Prison Services
    Commission to give such concurrence as is
    required by section 235 of this Constitution in
    relation to the refusal, withholding, reducing in
    amount or suspending, of any pension benefit in
    respect of an officer’s service as a prison
    officer;
(j) anydecision of the President, acting in
    accordance with the advice of the Teaching
    Service Commission, to remove a Principal or
    Deputy Principal from office or to exercise
    disciplinary control over a Principal or Deputy
    Principal under section 194 of this Constitution,
    or any decision of the Teaching Service
    Commission to remove a teacher from office or
    to exercise disciplinary control over a teacher
    under section 195 of this Constitution;
(k) any decision of the Teaching Service
    Commission made on appeal by a teacher
    pursuant to subsection (3) of section 196;
(l) any decision of the Teaching Service
    Commission to give such concurrence as is
    required by section 235 of this Constitution in
    relation to the refusal, withholding, reducing in
    amount or suspending, of any pension benefit in
    respect of an officer’s service as a teacher; or
